Regular (voting) membership is provided for real property owners located within the boundaries of the Thousand Oaks Boulevard Association (TOBA). A map of TOBA boundaries is provided below. Associate memberships, to include businesses and other interested parties, are a future consideration.
Regular membership dues of $200 are paid annually.
