The Thousand Oaks Boulevard Association is a group of property owners dedicated to the enhancement of the quality of life in the City of Thousand Oaks through revitalization of the Thousand Oaks Boulevard Corridor. Thousand Oaks Boulevard is a designated arterial lying in a relatively straight east-west alignment. The Boulevard Corridor is bordered by the 101 Freeway to the south; Hillcrest Drive to the north; Moorpark Road to the west and Westlake Boulevard to the east.

To work with the City of Thousand Oaks, its citizens, its businesses, other local organizations and the BID (Business Improvement District) to better our overall community by improving Thousand Oaks Boulevard. Our mission is also to represent the interests of our membership in this process of Boulevard and community redevelopment.
